- Designed an AI reply-drafting pipeline with a human approval queue and pluggable provider adapters (OpenAI, Gemini, Claude), enabling per-use-case model switching.
- Built an admin dashboard with tenant management, Meta token health monitoring, a failed-task inspector, and an audit log to catch broken integrations proactively.
beShera: Ed-Tech Platform
- Built a scalable FastAPI backend and Next.js frontend for an Ed-Tech platform with student–teacher networking, exams, an LMS (courses), a digital library, microlessons, and analytics; added RBAC and a standalone RabbitMQ notification worker, with pytest unit tests for backend modules.
- Developed an AI improvement-suggestion feature using RAG with LangChain and a vector database, giving learners personalized recommendations on what to improve.
